Logistics & Appointments
Scheduling & Frequency
- All sessions are 55 minutes unless you request otherwise. Time beyond 55 minutes will not be covered by insurance.
- Weekly sessions are recommended to start. This will help us reach a place of understanding, adjusting and making progress towards our goals quickly.
- Bi-weekly options are encouraged once we build momentum in reaching your goals.
- Sessions are booked through my secure client portal which you will be able to access after our initial consultation.
- Consistent weekly/biweekly appointment days and times are available upon request but may not be immediately available as a new client.
In-Person Exeter Office
- My home office is located in 3 miles from downtown Exeter, NH.
- The office has it's own private parking and entrance.
- You will receive the exact location and details for arrival after our initial consultation.
Online Therapy NH
- Secure Telehealth sessions are offered to residents anywhere in New Hampshire.
- I use a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure your privacy.
- You will have an opportunity to decide how to receive links and reminders when you set up your client portal account.
Fees and Insurance
Insurance: I am an "in network" provider for all Anthem/BCBS plans and an out-of-network provider for all other insurance carriers. Please be aware that using insurance will require me to provide you with a mental health diagnosis that your insurance company will have access to.
Although, I am in network with Anthem/BCBS this doesn't guarantee that your carrier will reimburse for your sessions if you have an unmet deductible. Please contact the member services department using the phone number on the back of your membership card to determine if our sessions (CPT code 90837) will be reimbursed prior to any plan deductible.
If I am not in network with your insurance carrier I will provide you with a monthly 'superbill' to submit for reimbursement. Please contact your plan administrator to determine how much your plan will reimburse of the "out of pocket" rate.
Out of Pocket (no insurance) Session Rate: $160 per 55-minute session. Payments are due at the time of service and will be automatically withdrawn using your selected payment method via the client portal.

During our first full session, we'll discuss your personal history, current mental health symptoms and goals for treatment.

Throughout our time together we will create an understanding of all the parts of your personality, build compassionate and accepting relationships with them and help them feel relief and confidence in your self leadership.
