My path into counseling began with a deep curiosity about my own mental and emotional well being. Mental health counseling and the Internal Family Systems model, specifically, has changed my life in immeasurable ways and I know it can do the same for you. This model transforms my clients lives everyday by allowing them to understand their internal experience, gain compassion for parts of themselves they never thought possible and change their relationships to themselves and others.
