In my adult practice I offer talk therapy using a cognitive behavioral approach with a strong focus on finding the underlying causes of mental health symptoms and reworking the internal narrative that perpetuates them. Often this involves a focus on relationships and life experiences that molded us into who we are. I work with both individuals and couples and have experience with depression, anxiety, panic, bipolar and substance abuse.
